In recent years, Chris now partners with key Private Equity Firms to perform buy/sell due diligence assessments to provide informed insights and expertise to guide portfolio companies through complex mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs through the transaction lifecycle. While Chris has specialized in many areas, his passion remains in providing technology solutions and efficiencies to business problems that add business value and are within budget constraints. He continues his specialty as a CISO in Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance areas.
