I began in M&A work in 2008. My timing was impeccable. It was a good time to learn in a difficult environment. I pursued my craft and became successful over time. I was in the advertising industry for 30 years in Chicago. My company represented photographers and digital artists for commercial advertising. Eventually I represented talent all over the country. I decided to niche in the dairy industry as well as the staffing industry. Both areas were segmented and ripe for consolidation. It's been good to me.
