Dan is Retired but Managing Broker of Exit Equity, a seven-person merger, acquisition and advisory practice providing divestiture, recapitalization, credit facilities and valuations to owners of privately held companies whose revenue is generally between $3 million to $25 million – the lower-mid market industries. The services provided are Divestiture … the sales of a company; Re-capitalization … a cash infusion where the owner takes a little off the table; and Credit facility … expansion or refresh of a current line. He understands the inside of the transaction both from the buyer and the seller perspective. He graduated from East Central University in Oklahoma with a BS degree in Biology and Chemistry, and post-graduate work in management at the Xerox Management Institute.
