His volunteer and leadership experience in non-profit organizations includes: Current Chair of IBBA Conference Committee; Committee Member of M&A Source Conference committee; Assistant Scoutmaster and Merit Badge counselor in several subjects for Boy Scouts of America; Former Chairman of the Asian Chamber of Commerce (2016 -2017); Founding board member of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Houston Chapter (2015 - 2019); Former Board Member of the Paraffin Wax Committee for China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters in 1995 and 1996.
