Our President has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry that can benefit an owner looking to improve their operation, pricing their business, selling or even expanding. In addition, TXRA has experienced associates in commercial brokerage and finance which can be a tremendous benefit to all parties of a transaction. Confidentiality is critical to an owner when they consider selling and that is a main focus of ours. Limited information is shared on our listing page, databases available to business brokers and more TXRA marketing initiatives. Only after an in-depth review is conducted on prospective buyers and a non-disclosure agreement is signed off on, will additional information and instructions will be shared.
