Mike Miller

As of 1997, Mike Miller has been a certified business broker and merger and acquisition manager at International Business Exchange (IBEX). A seasoned professional, Mike spent 25 years domestically and internationally as a major executive with three Fortune 500 Companies. He has spent his last 25 years as Vice President at IBEX and the last two years as Principal at Eaton Square Pty Ltd. Mike has closed over 175 of his business transactions on the sell and buy sides. His experience working with family groups and private equity in the lower middle market is a benefit in the knowledge he brings to a transaction. Mike has been very involved in the M&A and Business Brokerage industry serving as Officer in many professional organizations including the past President of the Texas Association of Business Brokers.
