Paul has twenty-five years of experience facilitating mergers, acquisitions, sales, and other business transfers for companies with revenues up to $100 million. He has supported engagements in Quebec, Canada, the US, Europe and Asia. He is a Certified M&A Advisor and a board-member of the International Business Broker’s Association’s Canadian Chapter.
