Kristi Posluszny

Kristi has over 16 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, advising companies ranging in size from several hundred million in revenue to several hundred thousand in revenue, across the globe. Most recently, she partnered with Stony Hill Advisors LLC, where her focus was largely on small and lower middle market companies in a variety of industries helping entrepreneurs navigate the sale of their closely-held businesses. Previously, Kristi spent many years in middle market investment banking with an emphasis on advising companies through a sale process to strategic and financial acquirers. Kristi prides herself in the relationships she builds and manages with business owners and strives to truly make an impact in their lives with a client-first service mindset. Kristi obtained her BS in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA degree with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado. Kristi has also attained the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Kristi and her husband are outdoor enthusiasts enjoying a variety of hobbies throughout the year. Kristi loves to travel, take on new adventures and learn new cultures.
