Warren Burkholder Jr.

Retired after 36 years as a business broker and appraiser Warren spent over 24 years in industry, as Pres. of the Cadbury NA division of Cadbury Ltd., as Pres. of Curtiss Candy with Baby Ruth & Butterfinger. He started his career with Procter & Gamble after graduating from UC Berkeley in Chem Engin. In the last 36 years he founded Merrimack Business Appraisers, New England Venture Resource Group, and several other service and technology companies. He is past Chair of the Qualification Review Comm of the IBA, past Regional Governor of IBA, Chair of the IBBA, and twice recipient of the Chairman’s Award for work in Education programs. He has been consulting with FP Transitions for the last 7 years, (the largest broker and valuator of independent investment advisory firms in the US). He is retired appraiser of financial service firms. It is a short commute from his home to the office and is strategically located within 7 miles of 10 golf courses in Portland, OR.
