Thomas Morse

Tom Morse is an expert at navigating complex processes, managing large projects, and creating innovative solutions to problems. He has over 25 years of professional experience in engineering, operations, product development and commercialization, as well as experience in startups, public and private corporations, and consulting with small businesses. Tom understands the unique challenges small business owners face based on his experience in inventing his own product and launching his own company. Tom is a longtime resident of Eastern NC and has a passion for serving small business owners in the area and is continually looking for ways to strengthen local communities, grow the knowledge base, and drive economic investment and growth in the area and beyond. Tom has been married to Heather Morse for 25 years and they have a daughter, Anna and a son, Jack. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, running, spending time with friends and family, and helping others.
