Rich Jones

I have been partnering with and investing in the lower middle market since 2004. Prior experience includes international, corporate finance consulting and middle market investment banking. I currently serve as the board chairman for Centennial Woods Holdings, LLC, Medical Packaging, Inc., LLC, Stan’s Holdings, LLC, and GCDL Holdings LLC. I have invested in the following markets: bicycle parts and accessories, pharmaceutical packaging equipment and materials, dental labs, building products, automotive retail services, outsourced business services (waste management and healthcare billing), specialty chemicals, telecommunication network components, car wash equipment and supplies, and heavy duty truck components. I graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelors of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management. I have been married to a wonderful partner and wife for 20 years and have four children ranging in ages from 9 to 16. I grew up in New England and the Pacific Northwest prior to attending high school and college in Virginia. In my free time, I enjoy winter sports, mountain biking, hiking, live music, and reading. I have been involved charitably with Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters (board member), and elementary school mentoring programs.
