I reside in New York. I have been in the retail automobile business for my entire adult life. I was a franchised auto dealer for more than 32 years - represented most prominent brands, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Toyota, Volkswagen, Mazda, Buick, Chrysler, Jeep and Lincoln-Mercury. For the last 20-plus years I have been the Managing Member of United Galaxy Associates, LLC. We focus, almost exclusively on M&A of automobile dealerships and related real estate throughout the country.
