Vishal Bharucha is President of VNB Business Brokers. He is a Serial Entrepreneur with an extensive background in launching, growing and selling companies. For 10+ years, he owned/operated two Foreign Exchange Trading brokerage and technology firms, which were subsequently acquired. While negotiating and navigating the complex sale of his businesses, he discovered his passion for Business Brokerage and desire to help other business owners like himself with the same. Additionally, Vishal has negotiated hundreds of Commercial Real Estate transactions with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies and also held management positions with industry leading financial services organizations. His education includes a BBA degree with a Double Major in Finance and International Business from Hofstra University and a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University. He is a Certified Business Intermediary, Licensed Real Estate Broker and Member of the IBBA.
