Stephen Wain

Steve Wain is the founder and President of Calder Associates and brings more than 30 years of practical business experience to the company. Steve is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Certified Business Broker (CBB). He has also achieved the Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) designation. Steve is also a licensed Securities representative. Steve is a past Chairman of the Board of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and current Board member. Additionally, Steve is a past member of the Board of Directors of The M&A Source. Steve is a Fellow of both the IBBA and M&A Source, 2010 Chairman's Award Winner, and past Chair of the Association Presidents Council. With experience in a wide range of business disciplines, Steve has spoken and taught at numerous professional conferences including the IBBA, BBN National Conferences and Comdex.
