Kathryn Guthrie

I bring more than 16 years of entrepreneurial experience to my role as business broker and am committed to assisting small business owners successfully transition their businesses to the next generation of ownership. After successfully selling Real Property Management Sac-Metro in 2019, I have committed my time and talent to helping small business owners build value and sell their businesses. I am a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) through the Exit Planning Institute and hold a certification as a Value Builder Advisor. My services as a coach have been used to compliment the transaction services that she provides as a business broker. I am a member in good standing of IBBA, CABB and EPI. I achieved my CBI designation in 2023.
