Allen Nazeri

Dr. Allen Nazeri, widely known as Dr. Allen, is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of global experience building, scaling, and advising growth-oriented companies. He is the Managing Partner of PRIME exits® and also serves as a Managing Director at American Healthcare Capital. Through PRIME exits®, he leads middle-market M&A engagements across healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, robotics, and automation, guiding founders and leadership teams toward premium valuations and successful exits. Dr. Allen provides strategic growth and exit consulting to privately held and publicly traded companies, collaborating closely with strategic buyers, private equity firms, and institutional investors. He holds a Dental Degree from Creighton University and an MBA in M&A and Investment Banking from the University of Bedfordshire. He is the author of Value Engineering: Strategies to 10X the Value of Your Clinic and Dominate the Market! and currently represents nearly $750M in annual enterprise value sell-side mandates.
