Laura Ward

Laura Maver Ward is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kingsbridge Capital Partners, a lower middle market investment banking and M&A advisory firm. Laura has 40 years of experience advising hundreds of business owners on mergers and acquisitions, exit planning, financial advisory matters and business growth strategies. Laura is a sought after speaker, author, educator and facilitator. Laura has served on numerous boards for not-for-profit organizations. She currently serves as the Chair of The M&A Source, a Director on the IBBA Board of Governors and Chair-Elect of IABI. Laura has earned certifications as a Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI), Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP), Business Intermediary (CBI), Exit Planner (CExP), and Business Coach (CBC) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker-Officer. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
