Kyle Field is a Vice President at Brass Ring Capital, a private equity firm specializing in the lower middle market with a focus on small businesses in the Business Services and Manufacturing sectors. In his role, Kyle leads the firm's deal sourcing efforts and works closely with portfolio company leadership to drive growth and operational excellence. With 17 years of leadership experience spanning business operations, technology sales, M&A, and investment management—including 11 years as a U.S. Army Infantry officer—Kyle brings a unique blend of disciplined execution and a collaborative, hands-on approach to value creation. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Norwich University and an MBA from Rice University. Kyle is particularly interested in building relationships with operators, deal professionals, and market makers nationwide to identify and pursue new investment opportunities that align with Brass Ring Capital's focus areas.
