Michael Hubsmith

Over the last 30 years, I have launched and operated numerous startups and served in various senior executive leadership positions with six national and international companies. I assisted with either sell-side or buy-side ownership transition issues with each of these companies. In addition, I sold a private equity-backed e-commerce company that I co-founded and led through 13 consecutive years of 30% annual growth. I have also served as an advisor and board member to multiple small and midsized businesses. I know firsthand that selling a company is a process, not an event, and an exit strategy's proper preparation and execution will achieve its financial and life goals.
