Tanya Popov

With over a decade experience in business transactions, financial background and years operating a successful service business, Tanya brings to the table in-depth knowledge of small business ownership, excellent negotiating skills and deal creativity. She holds respected designations of Master Certified Business Intermediary (MCBI) and Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) and strongly believes in continued professional development. Tanya has been elected to serve on the Board of Governors for IBBA starting in 2025. She is the Past President of Michigan Business Brokers Association, the largest professional organization in the State of MI dedicated to business transactions. She is also actively involved in several different committees within IBBA and is 2024 President with Clarkston Chamber of Commerce. She has been a recipient of IBBA Outstanding Producer Award for several years. Outside of INIX, Tanya is married and raising two boys.
