Hello, Peter Goodman here. I'm President of Goodman and Company Business Brokers. I've been a business broker for over 20 years and I hold the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the IBBA and a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Professional (CMAP). I'm an IBBA certified instructor and Fellow of the IBBA. I'm a member of the IBBA Board of Governors. Previously, I was President of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) for 6 years. As a business broker, I help owners of small businesses sell their companies by analyzing, valuing and then marketing their businesses. Our data base of buyers includes thousands of individuals in the New England area who are interested in purchasing a business. My mission is to work with the business owner as a friend and confidant as we navigate through the business sale process, from listing to closing; to working with the attorneys and accountants and negotiating a deal that really works for you.
