Kevin A. Nery, LCBI, M&AMI,CBB President, has over 40 years of experience in the areas of accounting, tax, management, manufacturing, marketing & consulting. He has achieved the Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (LCBI) , Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI),Certified Business Brokers(CBB) professional designations. As a professional business intermediary, he utilizes his experience in buying, selling & owning his own companies. He has worked in banking, mfg, CPA firms & a retail corp prior to founding the firm in 2000. Kevin has sold over 200 businesses & valued hundreds of businesses/companies. He has extensive knowledge of business sales, mergers, acquisitions, valuations & commercial real estate sales & leasing. Kevin is affiliated nationally with IBBA, M & A Source, National Equipment Business Brokers Institute/Analysts. Kevin serves on the Board of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) and has been the Treasurer for 20 yrs
