I am a strategic investor with deep interest in the building materials, retail distribution, and wholesale sectors across North America and Asia. I am actively seeking M&A opportunities involving construction materials manufacturers, specialty distributors, or retail networks with differentiated positioning and regional strength. I have long-term experience with industry leaders such as Yuhong Waterproof (Oriental Yuhong), one of Asia’s largest building materials groups, and understand how to create synergies across manufacturing, brand, and channel. I’m interested in companies with EBITDA above $1M , and I’m open to both majority acquisitions and partnerships with existing owners.
