Areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, investor relations, strategic growth plans, departmental reorganizations, company-wide liquidations, public relations, human resources, I/S restructuring and B/S deleveraging, as well as system-wide operational enhancements. His primary industry experience includes B2B services, the building materials and construction industry, light manufacturing, as well as logistics and distribution.
