Todd Bailey

Transworld Business Advisors of Wichita was established in 2013 by Todd Bailey. At Transworld Todd helps facilitate the buying/selling of businesses by consulting with both buyers and sellers to evaluate opportunities, perform due diligence, coordinate financing, and assist in negotiating and structuring purchase agreements. Todd has brokered deals including sale of existing independent businesses, sale and transfer of existing franchises, and sale of new franchises. He is a lifelong resident of Wichita having graduated from Bishop Carroll High School and receiving both Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from Wichita State University. He is also married with two teenage sons.
