Valerie Vaughn

Valerie Vaughn works with Apex Business Advisors, an Overland Park firm that assists with business sales, mergers, and acquisitions to guide the owners of privately held small businesses through the preparation, marketing, and negotiation process of a confidential business sale. Although Valerie works across a variety of industries, to date, her focus has been on manufacturing, mechanical contractors, woman-owned businesses and high-end caterers. Valerie is a certified business intermediary, a certified mergers and acquisitions professional, holds a B.S. from the University of Richmond, a Rockhurst University MBA and a Ph.D. from the University of Delaware. Her professional experience includes positions with organizations varying in size from large Fortune 25 companies to startups.
