Blake Collins

Blake A. Collins is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fortis and the architect behind its proprietary deal sourcing engine, DealForge™. He brings over a decade of experience in strategic advisory, private equity sourcing, and high-net-worth client management. Blake began his career at Merrill Lynch and later advised private clients at Bank of America and MML Investor Services. He went on to launch Collins Capital, a boutique investment advisory group, and held a leadership role at Bright Path Ventures, where he supported business development and operational growth. Over the course of his career, Blake has sourced over $1B in enterprise value across hundreds of mandates. Today, he leads Fortis and DealForge™—partnering exclusively with private equity firms, independent sponsors, and family offices to deliver proprietary, high-fit acquisition opportunities through a disciplined, relationship-driven sourcing engine.
