We are targeting Midwest technical services businesses. The ideal target is business a simple business model, that features some complex or technical service. Ideal profiles are TIC (testing, inspection, certification) and industrial equipment service/PM/repair. Kinetic Point is backed by capital partners bringing up to $15M in equity capital. Together with my LPs, I am looking to buy a business with $3M-$10M in revenue.
