David Choate

David is an Associate Broker with MBFC of SW Idaho, licensed since 1992. He has over 25 years experience in business brokerage and commercial RE sales and management. He graduated from UCLA with a BA in Poli Sci, emphasis on Business. After graduating, he moved to central CA for some family real estate development projects. While there, he ran for city council and was the youngest member ever elected to serve in Porterville, CA. In 1999 he moved his family to Boise, ID and worked with CB Commercial. After years of brokerage, he went to work for a large title company as a commercial escrow officer and account executive. This gave David tremendous insight in closing medium to high-end businesses. After five years at the title company, closing over $150 million in transactions, David caught the entrepreneurial spirit. He purchased a franchise license and opened a business which he owned and managed for 5 years. David lives in Boise with his wife of over 25 years.
