Pat McDonald

Pat was introduced to Merger & Acquisitions, in 1989 and started her own M&A Company in 1990 in FL, relocating to Georgia in 2000 to open her own firm. She earned the CBI designation and M&AMI certification in 2005. In 2015 she earned the CM&AP (Certified M&A Professional) at Coles College of Business (KSU). In 2020 Pat was awarded the Darrell Fouts Award, a prestigious award given to M&A Source members who have made outstanding contributions to the association. She served on the Board of Governors with the M&A Source as Education Chair for 6 years and is a developer, author and approved instructor of education courses with the M&A Source and the IBBA University. Pat specializes in B2B Service companies, Manufacturing, wholesale distribution, Strategic Business Valuations, and Consulting services. She is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Florida.
