Mordecai Evans is a Business Intermediary with Abraxas Business Services, Inc. where he represents mid-sized and Lower Middle Market business owners that need business sales advice and services. He has been awarded the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He has also earned the Certified Mergers & Acquisition Professional (CM&AP) designation from Coles College M&A Academy at Kennesaw State University. The education is focused on training and equipping M&A advisors on the complexities of serving privately held companies in the Lower Middle Market space and business helping owners prepare for an acquisition or sale of a business. As a CBI and CM&AP, Mordecai is well equipped to handle the complexities of acquiring and selling privately held Lower Middle Market and Main Street businesses.
