Katie Stapleton

Katie joined Eagle in April 2023 as a Vice President and is responsible for leading the firm’s new deal origination and capital markets relationships. Before taking on her role at Eagle, Katie was an SVP on the Corporate Finance team at Truist and was responsible for supporting relationship managers in the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions for commercial and sponsor clients. Prior to joining Truist, Katie spent time at Prudential Private Capital on a team responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing private senior debt, mezzanine, and equity investments throughout the Southeast. Katie received a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Georgia and holds her Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
