Joe DiGennaro

Joe DiGennaro is a Senior Associate at STREAM Capital Partners, where he specializes in structuring real estate sale-leaseback transactions for privately held businesses, private equity firms, independent sponsors, family offices, and investment banks. Since joining STREAM, he has helped originate and execute transactions across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, industrials, plastics/packaging, print, aerospace & defense, building products, food & beverage, precision metals, healthcare, logistics, and multi-unit retail. STREAM Capital Partners is one of the nation's leading sale-leaseback advisors, having completed more than $30 billion in single-tenant real estate transactions. Joe works closely with business owners, M&A advisors, and financial sponsors to unlock capital from owned real estate, helping companies fund acquisitions, support growth initiatives, reduce leverage, refinance existing debt, or return capital to shareholders without equity dilution. Prior to joining STREAM, Joe was with MAG Capital Partners, where he focused on industrial net lease acquisitions. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University and also studied at the London School of Economics. Joe is an active member of the lower middle market M&A community and regularly attends industry conferences and networking events, including ACG, i-Global, McGuire Woods, TMA, IBBA, and regional private equity and investment banking events. He values building long-term relationships with intermediaries, lenders, investors, and business owners, and enjoys collaborating on creative capital solutions that help transactions get across the finish line.
