Chip has extensive financial and operations management experience and has managed multiple strategic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of businesses with revenues in excess of $150M. Chip provides his clients with expert profit building services, optimization of business operations, and business valuations while assisting sellers successfully exit their businesses and buyers navigate through the purchase of a business. Chip has owned and sold several businesses and fully understands and respects both sides of the transaction table. Chip has been a Sr. Advisor with George & Company located in Worcester, MA since 2015 and continues to provide his vast services to George & Company's Clients.
