Commercial Banking – Lending & Deposits Time as a commercial/SBA lender provided an ideal platform to succeed as Business Broker. Her roles included sales., underwriting, SBA lending, & after several promotions, managing the profitability of a $6B deposit portfolio. Regional Management Managed 3K+ employees in the SE & Puerto Rico for a nat'l retailer, recognized for 11 consecutive quarters as Top Regional Manager, and opened 140 stores, and assisted the field team during an IPO. Entrepreneurship Carrie founded a tech firm to assist companies moving processes online. She worked with several municipalities & Fortune 1000 companies. She wrote a patent application for an online solution. Carrie’s passion is empowering 1st & Main Partners to best serve Buyers and Sellers and its Associates. With husband Carl, they remodel homes, enjoy beach days, watch sci-fi & sports, hike, and she is a darned good home chef. They enjoy Mousetrap, a rescued cat who formerly performed at Sea World's “Pet’s Ahoy” show.
