I lead deal sourcing at Boyne Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower middle-market businesses with $4–9 million in EBITDA. I connect with M&A advisors, business brokers, and business owners to explore growth and transition opportunities through creative, founder-friendly transactions. Before private equity, I served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, worked in sell-side investment banking, and ran a small business—experiences that give me perspective on both sides of the table. I value direct communication, long-term relationships, and partnering with intermediaries to close meaningful deals. Outside of work, I spend time with my family, am passionate about fitness, volunteer with the Florida State Guard, and enjoy chess and history.
