We focus on the acquisition of family-owned North American manufacturing and distribution businesses with the strategy to hold and grow them through organic and acquisition initiatives. Since we are not a Private Equity Fund, we do not have the external pressure to exit investments at a pre-defined time. We utilize our own capital mixed with capital from our investor base specifically tailored to the investment objectives of each acquisition. In addition, NPG professionals bring operating and managing experience as well as specific industry knowledge and deployable resources to help drive growth and value. Our standard model is to directly participate with Sellers in the business operations for a time while ensuring the local team is set up for long term success. This enables us to truly learn the business, its employees, and customers.
