Joe Shemansky

Joe has been the founder of We Sell Construction Businesses / Alpha Acquisitions since 2008. He is qualified by the IBBA as an MCBI and holds the M&AMI designation through M&A Source, of which he is also a member. He also earned a CM&AP through KSU. Joe's association leadership roles testify to his credibility and dedication to the industry. He has been a member of the Business Brokers of Florida since 2003 and has served on the state board of directors since 2018. Joe's service as Chairman of the Business Brokers of Florida (2021 through 2023) further underscores his leadership in the field. From his first IBBA course, he saw the value in education, including becoming a CBI and graduating from the inaugural MCBI certification course in 2023. He has always been a strong advocate for utilizing the tools and benefits of the IBBA, and he encourages others to enhance their skills by becoming educated. The return on investment from being an IBAA member is invaluable.
