Russell Cohen is the President of South Florida M&A Advisors, Inc. with more than 26 years of deal-making experience focused in Florida. Throughout his tenure, Russell has sold more businesses than any other advisor in the state of Florida. Russell has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the business sales process and has a proven track record of successfully navigating transactions of all sizes in all industries. Russell prides himself on personally supporting sellers from engagement to closing through all facets of the transaction with experience, dedication, and integrity. Since 2023 Russell has served on the Board of Governors for the M&A Source, a National Organization of M&A Advisors and in 2021 he earned his M&AMI certification. In 2023, South Florida M&A Advisors was awarded the Top M&A company with 2-4 agents in the United States by the M&A Source. In addition, Russell achieved the M&A Source Diamond club by selling over $113,00,000 in transactions in 2023. In November 2023 Russell and his team at South Florida M&A Advisors, Inc. facilitated one of the largest platform deals in Florida of $100,000,000 between a private equity group and Florida roofing contractor.
