David Bernstein JD MBA

B.A. Economics Finance concentration from Rutgers College; Juris Doctor (JD) & Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Widener University. Mr. Bernstein has worked in private sector mergers and acquisitions since 1988 and has extensive experience in projects for sellers and buyers, valuations. In 1988, David joined RLS, becoming a principal/owner of the firm in 1999. Mr. Bernstein has been a private investor in businesses. Never actively practicing law, Mr. Bernstein was admitted to practice in NJ and PA. David belongs to the Association for Corporate Growth, has served on its committees, was a co-host of American Industrial Leaders Radio which interviewed Delaware Valley’s industrial community leaders. Also, he has been a guest lecturer/speaker for the DVIRC, Titan 100, University of Delaware, Goldey Beacom, SBDC Family Business Center, and at Villanova. Mr. Bernstein serves on various for-profit and non-profit boards and received several community service awards.
