I am a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor (M&A) and Strategy Consultant that helps lower-middle market business owners (businesses generating $5M-$100M in annual revenue) navigate the process of selling their businesses for maximum value. As an M&A Advisor, I serve as the deal quarterback, working closely with the business owner’s lawyer, CPA and bankers. Prior to founding Kinected in 2014, I spent 17 years with global firms, Technicolor and Arthur Andersen. At Technicolor, I spent 11 years serving in executive level roles across IT, Operations and M&A, where I helped close several acquisitions collectively valued at $500M and helped divest RCA, the iconic American technology brand.
