A serial entrepreneur, Joel rapidly grew a CPG distribution company, steering it through 8 acquisitions and multiple financings. He sold the business to a publicly traded company with over $3.5B in sales. Subsequently, Joel secured financing for several white label Automated Banking Machine companies and facilitated over 20 M&A transactions as the industry rapidly consolidated.
