Jim served as General Counsel – Asia Pacific for a global industrial minerals company, working on the ground in 10 countries and leading legal strategy for the region. He later held the role of Vice President and General Counsel – North America. Transitioning into operations, Jim managed a $200 million budget as Sales Director, overseeing major accounts with Fortune 500 customers. In Arizona, Jim owned and operated a successful business in the underground utility sector, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges and rewards of business ownership.
