I am a CPA by trade and have spent the last 10 years in the mergers and acquisitions industry, helping entrepreneurs navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I am investment banking trained with RBC’s mid-market team before moving into the boutique advisory space, where I found a real passion for working closely with owner-managed businesses. In early 2025, I founded Nuvera Partners, a partner-led sell-side M&A advisory firm focused on the lower and mid market ($3M-$50M) across Western Canada. Together with another Founding Partner and our growing team, we help business owners with valuations and business sales, working with clients at every stage of the transaction process. While we are industry agnostic, much of our experience has been with industrial and commercial B2B businesses, and we maintain relationships with strategic buyers, search funds, individuals, and private equity groups across North America. We are currently working on 6 active mandates. I believe complex transactions don't have to be complicated, and that the best outcomes are built on trust, transparency, and good communication.
