Peggy Tate

I am a Mergers and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI), which is the professional standard for middle-market transactions. My role is to guide business owners in maximizing the value of their company - and then, when the time is right, sell the business for them. I have expertise in business valuation and am licensed in commercial real estate. In my work, I principally serve companies in business-to-business products and services. I have particular depth of experience with industrial and healthcare companies. My clients generally have revenues between $5M and $50M.
