Stephen “Steve” Mariani, President and Founder, Diamond Financial Services (DFS) Steve has been a small business owner since 1983 and serving the broker industry since 1996. Over the past 25 years Diamond Financial Services has been helping small business owners realize their dreams by funding over $1 Billion in acquisition loans during this timeframe. Since then, Diamond has become largest privately owned non- bank SBA acquisition loan generator in the nation working ONLY in the broker markets. Steve is currently an IBBA board member and has been serving since 2017. Steve has also been producing and presenting broker webinars and workshops for the IBBA and many other associations throughout the country for the last 12 years at many annual conferences.
