Julie Bergman

Julie has been working in the Mergers & Acquisitions space since 2009 and has worked on sales of large and small media companies across the country. Most recently she has been the vice president at Grimes, McGovern & Associates a M&A firm based in New York City, in charge of their newspaper division. In the spring of 2021, she decided to form the Julie Bergman Group to assist small business owners. She specializes in media companies but handles assignments of all types. She is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Professional and a member of both the International Business Brokers Association and the M&A Source organizations.
