Tully Ryan

Tully Ryan has more than 20 years of management experience leading companies encompassing business development, sales, go-to-market planning and execution, product development, financial controls, capital raises and acquisitions. After receiving his degree from East Carolina University, Tully founded ENI, an online procurement solution connecting engineering firms, utilities, and local governments with product and service suppliers. He also co-founded Broad Street Software Group, a venture technology company, Anova Financial Corporation in 2004 where he co-authored U.S. Patent Number 7,904,372, titled “Methods and systems for facilitating transactions between commercial banks and pooled depositor groups”, and TireWare, Inc., a POS and eCommerce engine. In 2012, Tully co-founded YILLIO, Inc., an innovative patented route-based contextual search engine helping mobile users explore, discover, and share favorite places along their routes.
