Conference Policies

M&A Source Conference Cancellation Policy: Conference registration cancellation requests submitted on or before April 15, 2022, will be refunded, less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or before April 29, 2022, will be charged a 50% processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for conference registration cancellations received after April 29, 2022. All cancellation requests for conference must be made via the Registration Change/Cancellation Request Form. See the M&A Source Conference website for more details. Any joint conference registrations are subject to both the M&A Source and IBBA Cancellation Policies.

M&A Source Course Cancellation Policy: Course registrations are not refundable at any time; however, you will receive a credit toward future M&A Source course attendance in 2022. If you would like to cancel OR transfer your course registration, please submit the Registration Change/Cancellation Request Form. Transfers will be charged a $50 administrative fee. Please note there will be a $50 late fee if you decide to register for a course while on-site at the conference.

Exhibitor Registration Policy: All private equity groups, banks, family offices or other entities must register as an Exhibitor. Exhibitor representatives registered as regular attendees will have their registration converted to exhibitor and be billed the outstanding amount.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: Exhibitor registrations are non-refundable but will be held as a credit toward a future M&A Source event in 2022.

Adding an M&A Source Course: If you would like to add an M&A Source course to your existing registration, please contact admin@masource.org.

IBBA Conference Cancellation Policy: All conference registration cancellation requests must be made via the Registration Change Request Form. Cancellations received via phone or email will not be accepted. Conference registration cancellation requests submitted on or before April 8, 2022 will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations received on or before April 22, 2022 will be charged a 50% processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for conference registration cancellations received after April 22, 2022. Conference Pass registrations are non-transferable to other people or events. Any joint conference registrations are subject to both the M&A Source and IBBA Cancellation Policies.

IBBA Course Cancellation Policy: Course registrations are refundable, less a $25.00 USD processing fee, if the Registration Change Request Form is received on or before April 22, 2022; phone or email cancellations will not be accepted. Course registrations are non-transferable to other people or events. No refunds will be given after April 22, 2022, but fees may be credited to courses at the 2023 Conference and must be used at that time.

IBBA Guest pass registrations are refundable, less a $25.00 USD processing fee, if the Registration Change Request Form is received on or before April 22, 2022. Guest pass registrations are non-transferable to other people or events. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after April 22, 2022.

Adding an IBBA Conference Pass or IBBA Course: If you need to purchase an additional IBBA Conference Pass or IBBA Course after your initial registration, please use the Registration Change Request Form.
